Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the RViza private helper portal and RViza Interview Automation services operated by RViza Consultants Private Limited. By requesting or using access, you agree to use the service only for genuine domestic-helper placement enquiries.
Private portal access
Access is issued only after RViza review, is personal to the approved employer and normally expires after 12 hours. Access links must not be forwarded, published, sold or shared. RViza may revoke access at any time to protect candidate privacy or platform security.
Profile information
Portal profiles provide limited preliminary information. Availability, suitability, experience, salary expectations, documents, medical status and placement eligibility must be confirmed separately. A profile or interview request is not a guarantee of selection, employment, visa approval or placement.
Permitted use
You must not copy, download, scrape, record, republish or misuse helper photographs or profile information. You must not attempt to contact candidates outside the interview and placement process coordinated by RViza.
Interview coordination and WhatsApp
RViza may use the WhatsApp number and details you provide to review access requests, coordinate interviews and send related status updates. WhatsApp and Meta services are also governed by their own terms and policies.
Service availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue portal functions, candidate listings or access where required for security, maintenance, compliance or operational reasons. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party networks or platforms.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the RViza Privacy Policy. Requests concerning deletion are described in our User Data Deletion Instructions.
