User Data Deletion
You can request deletion of information associated with your use of the RViza portal, RViza Interview Automation, Facebook Login for Business or our authorised WhatsApp integration.
How to request deletion
- Email rvizaconsultants@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line User Data Deletion Request.
- Include the name, email address and WhatsApp number used with RViza so we can identify the correct record.
- If the request concerns Meta or WhatsApp authorisation, state that in the message. Do not send passwords, access tokens or one-time codes.
What happens next
RViza will acknowledge the request, verify ownership where necessary and delete or anonymise eligible information from active systems. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days. We will explain if limited information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
Disconnecting Meta access
You may also remove RViza Interview Automation from your Facebook account’s business integrations or apps settings. Removing access stops future authorised access; submit the email request above if you also want previously stored eligible records deleted.
