Privacy Policy
RViza Consultants Private Limited (“RViza”, “we”, “us”) operates the RViza private helper portal and the RViza Interview Automation application. This policy explains how we handle information submitted by employers, administrators and users who connect with us through Meta or WhatsApp.
Information we collect
- Name, email address and WhatsApp or telephone number.
- Household requirements, preferred interview timing and shortlisted helper references.
- Portal access, approval and interview-request records.
- When an authorised administrator connects WhatsApp, business-account identifiers, phone-number identifiers, authorisation status and technical event records supplied by Meta. We do not request personal Facebook passwords.
How we use information
- Review and approve private access to helper profiles.
- Coordinate interviews and provide updates through WhatsApp.
- Operate, secure and troubleshoot the portal and authorised business integrations.
- Meet applicable legal, compliance and record-keeping requirements.
Sharing
We share information only when required to operate the service, including with Meta/WhatsApp and infrastructure providers acting for RViza, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information. Helper contact details and full profiles are not made public through this portal.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for placement, interview, security, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes. Access links expire automatically. We use access controls and restricted administrator functions, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion
You may ask us to correct or delete information associated with you. See our User Data Deletion Instructions. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
Children
The portal is intended for adults arranging domestic-helper placement. We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts or submit personal information.
